I got rid of my Grey 999s from the wanted pack so I plan on replacing them with these

Has anyone seen these in person? I know the suede probably wont be as nice, but they remind me of the 998GNR.

I just sold mine 2 weeks ago, but here are pics from my listing. They are better than a lot of GR releases but of course the suede isn't premium at all, its not plush whatsoever, the toe box is pretty bad and stitching is sub-par. But depending the price point they are definitely a nice pair to cop.

Looking to cop my first pair of m998s. Specifically, the grey bring back made in USA model. Appreciate if someone can advise me on picking the correct size. For reference, I wear a 9.5 in all Nikes. The only pair of new balance I own is a MT580 and I wear a size 9 in that. I heard those fit big compared to other new balances so I wasn't sure if i should get the same size.

Happy New Year Fam...i would go with a 9.5 since the 580s do run almost half size bigger. If 9.5 is your true size I would go with that for the 998. Best of luck!

i wear 10 in all nike/jordans and i buy 9.5 in 998's. i also like a snug fit. i have tried on size 10 in 998's and had almost a thumb or index finger gap which is more than i prefer.

Aside from the midsole ur right..they are 99% on the money. They are tough as hell

For those that bought and received their 998 GTs....did you get extra laces? I didn't get any extra, but I thought Deon said it was going to come with 2 extra laces.

Supposed to come with 3 extra sets.  Beige in the shoe, white, red and grey are the extra sets.

I wear a 10 in most NBs but found the 530 to run small. I'd go up a half size.

I'd say 530 are TTS length wise but narrow width wise. Go .5 up from your 998 size.

no if i go with .5 down i only have about 1/4". if i stay with my normal nike size i have about a thumb gap on 998's. i like about 1/4" thats why i go down to 9.5 insteaad of my normal nike size of 10.

finally got my concepts gt today. am i alone in thinking the cf look alike looks like crap? just cheap painted on bad carbon fiber look. china knock off aj11's do a better job imitating cf. other than that they are decent.
