Has anyone done touch ups with paint for the letters/numbers. The Drazen Petrovic reebok jersey I copped was in much worse condition than the seller mentioned. Red on the numbers have faded and flaked off in cartain areas. Would love to make it look better so I can sport it around.

How do you guys feel about fake jerseys at all? Not even to save money if you aren't as fortunate?

I haven't, but there's a member of this forum who used acrylic paint and the result looked great (in the pictures, at least):

Hit up Michael's or AC Moore and buy some fabric markers. They are permanent and won't bleed on the material. I used them before on a few LeBron jerseys with great results.

Alright sweet thanks guys I'll try out fabric markers first if I can find the right shade of red.
 
If my Hardwood Classics jerseys jock tag doesn't have the players name does that mean its a fake?

Nope, not necessarily.

If you check the NBA online store, you will see some jerseys whose jock tags have the player's name (for example: http://store.nba.com/Jerseys_Hardwo...Hornets_Soul_Swingman_Throwback_Jersey_-_Teal) and some others that don't (for example: http://store.nba.com/Jerseys_Hardwo..._76ers_Soul_Swingman_Throwback_Jersey_-_White).

I think that the jock tags with the names of the players or not have more to do with the production year than anything.
 
Thanks Bjede I've waited so long to own/wear a Petrovic. Couldn't get myself to buy the adidas soul ones for 120 off ebay.
 
I was looking at the jock tag and there is no name "REGGIE MILLER 31" and I wondered if it was fake but then I saw one of the guys kobe jerseys and saw this.
