im huge online player but everyday i ask myself why do i keep playing online lol lag when shooting FTs is the worst or when on an important possesion you lag and next thing you know your're out of bounds

what the hell is 2k doing...this one is so unnecessary the damn game already misses alot of layup and dunks. 

This is honestly LONG overdue. Never an issue when giving the user more freedom/control. Separate the skilled from the unskilled in that area.

why not concentrate on the dumb **** like players running under you and taking your legs out while you doing a layup and there is no call. 

they give us back the double tap euro but make a release for layup?

i think 2k purposely trolls in one part of the game each year.

Those two things you mentioned are independent of each other and isn't an "Either or" type of thing.

I am sure once you master released layups, you will look back on this and thank them for it.

I'm fine with making layups harder. It's a good way to reward someone like Kyrie in traffic. He'll have a larger "great release" window in traffic for layups vs. Steve Blake. As of now, finishing with smaller guards in the paint in traffic is a disaster.

2K just needs to make it clear when we need to release it with feedback so we can figure out what we're doing wrong.

 @ Selling Classic Teams. Yea, that is foul. But I don't put anything past these companies.

WWE 2K14 sold the Bellas Sisters as DLC wrestlers. Once that was done, I was like man they will sell ANYTHING.

Yeah, I don't mess with the classic teams like that either.
