No way Manu makes it to the Hall of Fame. His career stats are painfully average.  15, 4, 4 ain't hall of fame worthy.  

If you've never been in the season MVP discussion you shouldn't be in the HOF.  IMO

There use to be a fat dancing guy in the Memphis crowd all the time, but his parents didn't renew their season tickets this season so he's never there now

It's definitely not the same thing. The Naismith hall has international players though, and Drazen got in because of his international career. He'd be in regardless of if he'd played in the NBA.
