Isn't baseball a centralized location as well for replays?

Not that I know of. Theres like a replay area off the field that the Umps go to when they have to review a call.

I do think they change it for the playoffs tho and there is one guy in the stadium that reviews the calls for the guys on the field since they expand the amount of umpires in the game for the playoffs. But its not as good as hockey where they have the command center for all calls in all games and thats all they do.

I thought there was a huge dust up early in the year on that homerun that the umps overruled.......wait, maybe I heard it wrong. I think they were saying that MLB has something in New York that monitors every game, but they didn't make the call and let the umps do it. Ok, that would make sense then. That's why they only listed the NHL, MLB hasn't adopted it yet either, even tho they could.

Yea I think that was just referencing the committee that reviews umpire performance after games (like all sports have) and saying that those umps missed the call.

Yea the centralized location is so much better cuz then they could just get the call right. No egos, no bias to how the ump/ref was treated by a player in the past or earlier in the game. Just call up, say review this, and then get back to them within a couple minutes with the call and then move along.

Can't forget the fact the Spurs have won the championship all 4 times they made the Finals.. Heat better be ready for Game 2

Bucks Offered Two-Year Extension To Monta Ellis

The Milwaukee Bucks offered a two-year extension to Monta Ellis that would have resulted in a total package of nearly $36 million over three years, according to sources.

Ellis would have had to opt in to the additional two years.

Ellis has until June 20 to decide whether to opt into the final season of his deal. Ellis signed a six-year, $66 million contract with the Golden State Warriors in 2008.

Key stretch, Heat up 5-6-7 points or so, three open looks for Battier that could have extended, he bricked all 3.

Things like that haunt you. They got Ray on track, Shane needs to join him.

Battier on fire last year from the 3. In the finals. Maybe it simply doesn't happen again ?
