But I agree he's better suited as a 6th man. Too bad Clips aint/can't really use him that way.

No. He's best suited coming off the bench. He's someone that can change the dynamic/pace/rhythm of a game with his speed and explosiveness, but lacks the actual basketball skills necessary to establish said pace/rhythm of a game, something that is essential for a starting PG on a good team.
