If there is concrete evidence linking this to Bird, the shooter coulda just been sloppy n dumb as hell in terms of leaving a trail.

Has Bird or Thug been arrested/charged with anything to do with this situation? No...The "government" is trying to piece it together themselves and grasping at straws because of who the alleged shooter was and his relationship with Thug and Birdman.You act like the "government" has to be aware of the publicity stunt for it to actually be one.
