Sorry, Kendrick Lamar Is Not Releasing That ‘Untitled’ Song From ‘The Colbert Report’
Just enjoy the album.

If you’re one of the many Kendrick Lamar fans waiting for the wildly creative track that premiered on “The Colbert Report,” “Untitled,” to drop, don’t hold your breath.
Terrace Martin, who performed the moving song on the show alongside Lamar, Anna Wise, Bilal and Thundercat, confirmed Thursday (Mar. 26) that the How To Pimp A Butterfly rapper will not be releasing the song.

“It don’t even exist nowhere in the world, except on ‘The Colbert Report,’” Martin told Complex.
In fact, there is no master recording of the song, which, according to Martin, was written just for the “i” MC’s performance on the Comedy Central show.

Lamar was the show’s last official musical guest and to commemorate the occasion, the song was created to be “just a moment” instead of a commercial single.
That, of course, is bad news for fans who’d love to add the jazzy, improvisational track to their MP3 player, but since it’s easily accessed on YouTube, it can still be enjoyed.

Did you know that if it wasn't for ILLMATIC, tons of artist wouldn't be who they are today? Lots of hip hop artist would've never put out what they put out? Jay even said, "Nas came out with Illmatic, had that **** on bootleg, thought we was all dead." JCole favorite artist is NaS. 2Pac saw NaS as a threat one time when they "beefed". If you believed that Nas didn't run ish, at least know that NaS birthed a lot of creativity into hip hop projects.
Ok nas was influential, but he was never considered a upper echelon artist, they respected him as a mc, but he wasnt putting out hits like that
& lets not forget that simp track he made with ginuwine as an attempt to gain female followers
Those dudes are right though.Dudes said all kdot albums better than all hov albums smh
Y'all actually like King Kunte? I deleted that song. That and for free had me feeling like the album was about to be trash. Based off of King Kunte alone I almost gave this album the frisbee treatment. If I was listening to it on cd I would have thrown it out of the window like I did with God's Son CD.

Dudes in here saying Nas wasnt an upper echelon artist when every upper echelon artist out had Nas in their mouths. Biggie, Pac, jay z, dr dre signed nas as part of the firm. Nas ghost wrote mad hits... how can u people be so ignorant?
Just because he didnt have any booty popping bounce music on radio all day doesnt mean nobody didnt know who Nas was and how nice he was
