I’m not really worried about the name of the blue. As long as it’s as close to the original tint (as the pictures seem to suggest), I’m in.

I think some people are judging the “offness” of the blue sole against OG’s that clearly have been tinted and restored. Some of the pairs don’t actually show an accurate representation of what the shoes looked like almost 30 years ago. These new ones are as close as they’ve been.

The sole is better but they not OG sole .. I think the 2014 was so bad that anything better than that people are going crazy lol.. the blue and sole is still off , this is just a less milky sole.. the OG didn’t have any of that cloud to it.

This will probably surprise you guys but I dig them. Not to wear myself but it’s an interesting “reimagining.”
Back when the Concords first dropped, and before patent had become less jarring on a basketball shoe, I always wondered how the Concords would look if you swapped the black patent for black nubuck or durabuck like the Uptempos used. I still think an alternate version like that would be cool.
