I recently realized I have another jersey I can wear with the 2018 Concord XI instead of only wearing them with that red Bulls #45 jersey I previously posted on here.

I'm feeling dumb for just coming up with this because I got the jersey the year after I got these shoes in December 2018. I was sitting on both the whole time like an idiot.

These shoes and the jersey align with my timeline wearing gimmick because I'm a meticulous weirdo like that. The shoes are based in the 1995-96 season, and the jersey is based on the 1996-97 season, so they basically fall under the 1996 calendar year in that sense.

They match because the shoes have black, and the jersey has black trim. The shoes have a little a%$ hint of purple on the tongue, and the jersey has purple on it. The shoes have white, which matches with the numbers and letters. I also saw online photos of the Bucks wearing white-based shoes with this jersey in the '90s. And the crazy coincidence is that Ray Allen was with Jordan Brand for the majority of his Hall Of Fame career.

I wore the Jordan XI Jeter low yesterday with an authentic Yankees road gray Derek Jeter jersey. It was actually the first time I ever wore this jersey despite having it a few years before I got the shoes.

I will never find any Jordan XI Adapt acceptable as a fan of the XI. The XI will never look right without shoelaces.

This is quite innovative and distinct.

Animal themes with the t-shirt and shoes are a clever correlation. The color tones and patterns match too.

I admit I like attire with animals on them.

While I seriously hate referring to Jordans with that moniker, I agree with you about them being terrible in cleats although our opinion may be unpopular with a lot of fans of the brand.

I was never a fan of retro Jordans in cleats worn on fields by NFL & MLB players because I optically and mentally associate the brand with basketball from a purist standpoint since it originated with a basketball legend wearing it on the court. And the commercialization of the brand and the star was initially predicated on hoops.

But we have admit the brand and its marquee man is that transcendent if athletes in other sports are wearing retro Jordans on their playing fields.

But Jordan Brand, Michael Jordan, and basketball attire is the only appropriate correlation for me.

I have owned every OG colorway from the (95-96) OGs to current and these particular releases are my favorite so far, besides the Cool Grey's...I don't know why they aren't sitting right with me.

None because I don't like any of them.

I actually have that 2008 Countdown Pack. Well, only the XI now because I lucked out and sold the XII a few months ago for a significant gain despite them being almost 13 years old. I hope I can sell the XI for a significant gain as well. Perhaps it wasn't a bad thing to waste money on them because I sold a pair from that package to break even and gain simultaneously.
