It's all dependent on your parents income level... you receive need-based financial aid depnding on how much $ your parents make... some schools though, have better overall financial aid (Harvard, Yale, Princeton) which gives them advantage over the other teams in the league

For the guy that said Harvard is really good... they are now, but they weren't even close to that same level when Lin was recruited there... I think they won 8 games his sophomore year if I'm not mistaken

Also your silly if you don't think coaches subconsciously account for race when recruiting

Ivy's don't give athletic scholarships, but they do give need-based financial aid. Actually I believe Harvard was one of the best at providing aid because their endowment fund (pre-200 was doing so well.
