Try learning the bundles method, if not, use the icon method.
Bunlde method example - YOUR THEME/Bundles/com.appleAppstore/icon (or icon@2x for iPhone/iPod Touch 4 users). All of the stock icons will have the "icon or icon@2x" name, except a few. For other icon names, check here, http://iphone.xengi.net/cfbundleidentifier/. This also provides the folder names and correct name of the icons.
Icon method example - YOUR THEME/Icons/App Store (or whatever the icon may be)

so if its a bundle i just make the folder what that site says its called and then place the icon in and name is "[email protected]" ?
