Most of the "controversy" that Evander Kane seems to be involved seem totally manufactured an small tomatoes.

He's got immense potential. Scored 30 once, would have probably had 25-30 in the lockout shortened season. Kane is dealing with a lot of injuries this season and there are rumors of him shutting it down. Him playing on the 3rd line is a reflection of all the **** he's going through with his body....and also potentially a mix of stubborn coaching and Kane being immature.
Second, the article sheds light on some of the **** Kane deals with in Winnipeg. Media has been BEYOND unfair to him, and there are people in that city who buy in to a lot of what the media porrtays or says about him. It's MUCH different being a black/multi-racial/minority athlete in a city like Winnipeg in comparison to playing in New York, Dallas, DC, etc. On top of it all, when you factor in Kane's personality, it's a bad mix.
All in all, both parties need a divorce. Winnipeg will get a nice return, and a change of scenery would probably be best for everyone involved. Case in point, look at how Seguin is doing in Dallas...

Quick question for those who use Easton, Warrior or CCM sticks. My Bauer Vapor X100 broke last night taking a few slappers and I'm looking at other manufacturers. Anyone have experience with the other companies? I'm still looking on buying another Bauer stick, but I'm open to other suggestions.

Ok cool, I look for 80 flex, I like the stick to have more pop/whip. I did try out my friends Warrior Covert last night, and those were pretty cool.

^ that's actually the other stick i use. it's a warrior covert (Kopitar curve)...i like it a lot. i cut mine slightly too short tho so i only keep it as a back up.
