Just re watched ep 2. Roose Bolton lies to rob about them not finding theon at all. then very next scene they show theon tied up.

shoulda known roose was snaking
I went back and caught that too, didn't notice Bolton did that the first time. But since I got spoiled to what happens in the end it kind of all adds up.

Speaking of Syrio...is he dead? IIRC the book kinda alluded to him dying saving Arya but I am a little fuzzy.
I was curious about this too a while back and what I heard is that it's implied that he's dead. It's not likely he'll come back in the series, but I hope he does.

Not really a spoiler but: Hodor's name is
not really Hodor...no one knows why he says it or what it means.

I was sick yesterday so I re watched all of this season while I stayed home.. roose been snaking since ep 1... and that season 2 youtube clip someone posted.. smh.

just notice they NeVer mention ages on this show
Might be a conscious decision since the ages of some of the characters are made older on the show. Robb and Jon are supposed to be around 17-18 right now but look like they're in their early 20's. Dany is around the same age but has a baby face. Missandei is supposed to be much younger. They made her older so Dany would have someone around her age since they got rid of Irri and Jhiqui, which I am still mad about >:. Plus the fact that there are so many damn characters no one would be able to keep track of them anyway.

All the info everyone been posting without spoiling the show is great...I really understand whats going on with Theon alot more now

Yeah first season they bumped up the age of Dany from 13 to 16, because they didn't want to have a character that's suppose to be 13 having sex on screen(cause 16 is so much better lol). And then there is the whole thing that the actor/actress are all older irl regardless. They bumped up all the other kids ages 2-3 years to go along with Dany. In books Missandei is like 10-11 with Dany being 13-14.

And yeah I wish Irri was still here(RIP), there's one scene from this book I would have loved to have seen....

^
Great minds think alike :lol :evil. I wanted to see a few of those scenes on the show.

I think they bumped up Maergary's age as well. Natalie Dormer has a young face but looks way past 16-18.

And the director of this episode was Michelle Maclaren, who has directed a lot of Breaking Bad episodes.

Me and my brother were wondering about the Stark kids' wolves..How many are left and where are they?..

All of the wolves are still alive except for Sansa's wolf Lady who was killed after Arya's wolf bit Joffery in Winterfell. Arya's wolf Nymeria was ran off after that incident but is assumed to be still out there somewhere.

The wolves are a lot more prevalent in the books though. Wish they would show the interactions more on the show...

I mean hes Roberts only living son right?
That we know of. Robert supposedly had tons of bastards, we don't know if they killed all of them or even if they knew of all of them when that purge happened.

In books there was another bastard that Robert actually acknowledged as his own, but his story was removed, and Gendry has basically absorbed his role, ie Melinsandre wanting him.

In terms of claim to throne, technically unacknowledged bastards have no legit rights to throne, especially with other family members around, like Stannis and Renly previously.

I knew Theon was about to lose his move as soon as I saw those broads in there...

He's always been too busy thinking with the wrong head :{

he really didn't do anything wrong, what was he supposed to do, run? It was a trap from the get go he was screwed regardless. Ol boy just wanted to be dramatic before turning Theon into Varys 2.0.

Who's that guy playing games with the ex stark kid that's being held in the dungeon?

does that face changer guy arya helped out also say the only god is the god of death?
Don't think Jaqen said that, but the dance instructor that trained Arya was the one that thought her that. Also I don't think they refer to it as a or the god of death, just simply death. More so death in itself, not as in its a god to worship or anything.

The Stranger is the god of death in the new religion (referred to as the New Gods or the seven) of Westeros.

He can be worshiped but it's frowned upon.
Isn't the God of Death also the opposite of the Lord of Light though? I thought it was interesting that Arya said that to the group of followers of the Red God before she bounced.

I HAVEN'T READ THE BOOKS SO PLZ NO SPOILERZ KTHX

Other than Thoros specifically, and perhaps Berric now, I don't think the entire brotherhood are followers of Red God, they never really said so much or implied anything like that I don't think.

thanks, i guess in order for gendry to have a claim to the throne, he would have to prove that joffrey isnt the son of robert and then beat out stannis.

To answer your question, no he is not the opposite of The Lord of Light.

Is that Ygritte in that commerical with everyone saying "Works in here" and everyone putting their feet up?

It's for satellite TV and they watch TV in every room.
