^^^ Kind of surprised the ratings for Season 7 are as high as they are.

Sand Snakes were probably the WOAT characters I've seen in a big budget TV series.

That's the part of the show that always bothered me. I'm not a prude by any means, but throwing in random sexual scenes to appeal to immature horny men insulted my intelligence. Showing Jamie and Cersei getting caught having sex makes sense; throwing in an idiot showing me her boobs and talking about "You want a good girl but need a bad p___y" on the other hand...CRINGE

On top of adding to random T&A, the entire motivation of the Sand Snakes was complete nonsense. They're taking revenge for their father who CHOSE to get into a fight to the death (and lost because of his own ego), and not only that, they kill his brother and their nephew to effectively wipe out the entire family line what type of logic is that!??!?!

As bad as the final seasons were, I LOVED watching Cersei getting her revenge on them. At that point I was completely OK with her just remaining queen forever.

Hell, even Euron, some dude that somehow behaves like a modern football hooligan from East London in medieval times, partially redeemed himself while dragging them through the streets.

Ugh just talking about this show's foolishness upsets me now, cause it just makes me want ~10 years of my life back

Book but I think there was like a mini movement that when the book series is finished and released, HBO should film that version

Sounds great but no way you get the entire cast back for that.

Also given the way the show ended with GRRM writing and seeing the reaction to the show its pretty much a guarantee none of the characters have similar endings even the dragons.

well no. 1-4 was more than 75% accurate as a whole.

I know not everybody would be a fan, but with all these streaming platforms vying for content, I'm sure HBO Max could spark some interest with an animated GOT series. They could take their time and tell the story with a more book accurate portrayal, and I assume it would be way more feasible in terms of the budget. If they cover mostly everything in the book that's at least 10 seasons and they can easily pivot to all the prequel lore if they catch up to the books.
