Who ends up sitting on the Iron Throne?

He didn't give up power to be honorable. He didn't even want the throne. He wanted everyone to know stannis was the true heir, joffrey was a product of incest, and to go back to winterfell
I wasn't saying Ned gave up power. That part was mostly directed at some of the post in here about how Ned played the game wrong. From those post, I take it most people here would do whatever to obtain power, over being honorable.

What's the over/under on deaths next episode? I feel like it's gonna be a blood bath.

What honor is there on giving your enemy the play by play of what you're going to do? He wasn't being honorable, he was being naive. He should've took the counsel's advice, and captured them before they knew. But he was "above capturing a child". Cost him his life.

I wonder what Ned's reaction would have been to Stannis's use of "blood magic"...

Any information on what the actors are paid in this show? Are there new contracts every season?

I feel like the actor who played Ned should've been paid the most in the first season. He was undoubtedly the most interesting and important character in season one. But with so many characters/stories and varying air time each episode I wonder how they compensate these actors fairly for their work.

I'm sure Sean Bean (Ned) was paid the most for season 1. He was by far the best-known, recognizable person in the cast. I'd suspect that a lot of them have had their deals renegotiated and renewed after the show took off the way it did.

Ain't nobody else realize that Sansa and Arya are heading to the same aunt. :hat

Jon about to find Bran and Rickon, house Stark about to come back together. :hat

It seemed like more, but only three members of the Stark family are deceased, Ned, the mother, and Robb. We still have Jon, Arya, Sansa, Bran, and Rickon. They all young too, still got time to grow up restore themselves. :hat

da Lannisters send their regards

:lol

Littlefinger will end up ruling the west and east
Not a chance in Hell.
thats my bold prediction :lol

dude will weasel his way into world domination.

He will end up dead.

People like him always end up dead.

I think it's the opposite... people like him always end up on top.

It's just like real life at work I would compare this to... the ones that deserve credit and to be promoted are looked over for the kiss ash suck ups that play to the politics instead of actually earning their spot with hard work and respect.

Just like those scheming workers, the hoor owner knows how to play the game and he's going to get far I think... he's definitely not an idiot or a bad decision maker... he pretty much has things in control, well at least in his mind, all the time and plays the game better than anyone else on the show... only one who I think can compare is the head old dude, grandfather dude that game the guy who lost his hand the sword which is his pops, and the ****** guy is very smart too but even though I like the ****** dude a lot I think he's going to get offed on episode 9 this season because that's where all of the major things happens is an episode or two right before the finale.

I would think that most would go with the blonde hair dragon girl to come out victorious in all of this and I know she can withstand fire, but is she invincible to every other form of violence or pain like can she take a sword through her or a arrow head shot would she be immune to that too?

This show is unexpected though like I never thought they would straight off the main dude like that in season one, and I thought last king they just poisoned, who was the biggest douche, would reign for a long time.

I also think that the grandfather dude, the ****** dudes father, helped to poison that last younger king because he knew that sooner or later he would screw up the name and integrity of their family name or heritage or whatever he cares so much about.

I understand binging the show and not catching all the names.. but dude.. it's been 34 episodes.. you should know some of these guys by now like Tyrion and Tywin and the main cast :lol

Joffrey, Tommen, the daughter shipped of to dorne... Any other kids? All of them are with Jaime right?

Robert was too stupid to ever notice they all had really blonde hair. I can't remember what eye colors they had but they might've all been Lannister colors too.

How many of the wolves are still alive?

Arya's was killed for biting Jofferey right?

Rob's wolf is dead.

John Snow's wolf is in a cage.

Bran's fell in a pit (alive we think)

What about Sansa's & the youngest son??

FWIW, the end scene has a lot of book readers surprised as well. one of the rare times the show has outpaced the book.

I love that. I've always felt like the show should be of it's own thing and measured against itself.

The show just keeps getting better and better. Cuz it halfway didn't work as television in season 2. But now, they're at the height. The transitions and the writing have never been better. They learned how to move the camera and keep the flow of the show and the story moving in a way that didn't feel like hopscotch or a checklist.

4 for 4. :smokin

The mutineers. :{ And I used to not be able to stand Jon Snow, but dude is saying it with his chest these days. :lol

Sansa's was killed, not Arya's. After Arya's wolf bit Joffrey it went missing for a while so they killed Sansa's. Arya's wolf came back and she told it to leave or else it'd die.

Rickon's still is still alive too.
