Best duo going

This dude Keegan has been spot on this the whole time, gotta be clued in directly to the Qatari folks.

Surprised we haven't heard much yet from the reported American consortium bid. Only been noise regarding Sir Jim, Saudi and Qatar.

Welp

Good news for the Gooners in here.

Hope it's the start of PL refs actually being held accountable for errors consistently because the standard of officiating in the league has gone down the toilet lately, even after the introduction of VAR.

Good news? So we are getting those 2 points after all? I guess firing the scum is a good move for future games, but if they just replace him with equal or lesser quality then it's not really an improvement, as Webb so dearly wants us to believe :rolleyes

They were 21st in the table when he got the job, they're 3rd now and just handled the 2nd place team

Him and Kompany have got next in the PL :pimp:

Meant to reply to this. I think NT has glitches when showing tweets

The Gunners were just stashing away these strikers for years huh

Balogun and Akpom balling elsewhere this season

I wonder what they do with Balogun, if you bring him back, I presume they move one of their current two strikers. In that case Gaby Jesus on a discount is a great move for us.

He could prove me wrong, but seeing the difference in technical quality between him and Felix is worrying to me. Ball just bounces off his feet
I thought he was supposed to be super technical? At least from what I saw

Jesus will be our #9 for the foreseeable future. You can have Balogun for 50 tho. Or Eddie for a cheeseburger and an Arteta selfie with a UCL trophy.

From reports it sounds like they're including the Glazer club net debt being paid off (£500M) in their bid.

Would smash the record for most expensive sports sale if accepted but apparently the Glazers want 6B .

Bought the club for £800m, didn't invest any of their own money during their ownership and saddled it with debt over a decade and a half and they'll most likely walk away billions richer...must be nice  :smh:

players from Italy have such a hit and miss record when they try and go to another league.. makes me weary

You could say similar things for Bundesliga players but for every flop you do have smashing successes.

The glaring recent hit from Italy that's in my mind is Salah.

Really depends on the player though, some adapt better than others.

Osimhen for example has put up numbers everywhere he's played so far in his career. In Belgium, France and now Italy.
