that music messed up the whole series, akira toriyama shouldnt allow that for instance

this how DBZ was meant to be and not that childish cartoon network garbage where they censored the dialogue and the violence

Vegeta's theme is the only thing I can give Falconer credit for.

I thought I was the only one that loved Gohan going SSJ2 in Japanese :o

Vegeta's Theme music always had me thinking he was going to come in and just start K-O-ing people left and right

Maaaan hyped me up for that L he was getting ready to take.

But he sure did talk a lot of junk when that theme played

Shonen Jump Heads to Universal Studios Japan This Summer with Three New Attractions

The always popular titles of Weekly Shonen Jump are taking over Universal Studios Japan this summer, with three of the magazine's most famous manga represented with new attractions.

This year's 20th issue of Weekly Shonen Jump is announcing on Monday that Dragon Ball Z's Goku will take on the diabolical Freeza again in a 4-D attraction, which ups the realism of a 3-D movie with special effects like wind gusts and rumbling seats. One Piece will be represented with a live stage show. Finally, Death Note fans will get to team up with L and escape Kira's nefarious scheme in a real escape game.

Universal Jump Summer will last from July 1 to September 4 (although the Death Note game begins early on May 9). Universal Studios Japan's current attractions also include a 4-D attraction (based on Neon Genesis Evangelion) and a real escape game (based on Resident Evil). The One Piece show was held in previous summers as well.

Z is classic definitely but super has great potential if they expand all these universe ****

To me, the tournament arc is actually the start of super. I understand why they did the last 2 arc so they can connect it up to this point. I hate them for it because they rushed the **** of out it

Im just happy we get to watch dragon ball again every week.

:smokin :smokin

Just hapy to see it on the TV screen again man....plus my girl is into it now so it a time for us to hang together..

That's great.

I def have to add Vegeta Theme and the rest of the DBZ music to my music.

Man the music they used to play for android 19 and 20 used to creep me the **** out

Its not that I don't enjoy the sagas and movies that don't feature super saiyans but I have a thing with most animes that I watch that I have a hard time going back and watching the early parts before the power ups. I get too caught up in the hype/flash of power ups.

I'm the exact opposite. 9 times out of 10 i'll consider the actual fights to have been better before the powerups, depending on just how far said powerups to.

Take the Naruto series as an example. By the final arc our characters are stronger than they've ever been, throwing around attacks of such a scale that they can easily destroy villages. Yet very few fights that took place at that point where actually great. Wouldn't even place most of them on a top ten list of best fights in the series. Gaara and Lee vs Kimimaro? Neji vs Kidomaru? Naruto vs Pein? All are fights that chronologically took place early in the series run, before those later flashier powerups, and were interesting as hell to watch. Because flash is pointless if there's no actual substance behind it.

Hell, Sakura and Chiyo vs Sasori is one of my favorite fights in the series and certainly had no powerups to speak of.

Naruto is a perfect example. Before the power ups characters had to combine strat and technique to defeat there enemy. By the end it basically came down to chakra. I loved every fight naruto vs pain and before. After that it started to turn into.....well dbz

I think that at those levels of power where dudes become gods of their respective sagas, you can still have all those things.

It's the fault of the writers who make it seem as if all strategy is tossed out the window at that point.
