I mean the NFL has the Injury Report primarily due to the gambling industry (even though they'd never admit it). Adam Silver has openly discussed the impact fantasy has had on basketball viewership and most of the teams have individual deals with FD or DK. Kinda surprised the league doesn't pressure teams to provide more clarity on the Injury front publicly
