This.

Dwyane Wade? He took a different, snottier, approach. Fromthe AP:
"The Miami Heat are exactly what everyone wanted, losinggames," Wade said. "The world is better now because the Heat is losing."

Oh, stop it. As if you didn't have any idea last summer thatNBA fans would react poorly to you flexing and preening for the cameras, promisingchampionships three months before training camps even started.

As much as folks wanna #@$@ on Lebron, it turns out there are two other dudes in Miami who can't handle the pressure/situation that THEY also created.  As many of us said in the summer, the expectations for this Heat team is gonna be thru the roof each and every season.  It's a failure if they don't win the championship year in and year out.  There are no "moral" victories when you have 3 of the top-15 players in the NBA on one roster.  These dudes need to shut up and play ball....

From crying in the locker room to then saying statements like "the world is against us, why do so many people hate us" these dudes just keep losing on and off the court.

Poor Dwayne still can't get the ball?

...yet again, who is stopping him?

LeBron's criticism this year late in games is 100% justified. The free passes Wade is getting for actually being worse is hysterical given that they're supposed to be equals, never-mind the whole Wade is 'batman' garbage some say.

Said when he was drafted, Rose would be the top PG in 3 years. ahead of schedule. on top right now and the separation will only increase. Don't know why people still don't take Chicago as a serous threat to win it all.

Exactly.

The criticism Lebron and Bosh get is so disproportionate to the criticism Wade gets, and I don't really understand why. Against the elite teams this year, Wade has consistently either disappeared in the 4th quarter or not shown up at all.

i think these guys just get tired legs by the 4th. they spend the first 3 quarters playing defense blocking shots, outlet passes, fast breaks, and come 4th quarter their legs arent in them to put up shots and get to the rim as they would earlier in the game. nonetheless its still not much of an excuse since they are all young

My mans, both of ya. NT and the rest out of the world, constantly forget that Wade be playing like trash in big games. Yet, he's supposed to take the big shots, simply because it's his team.
Although the Heat struggle against the elite teams, there's still time for them, and it wouldn't shock me if they win the chip(as I predicted earlier, but I'll stand by it despite their troubles).

I think their utter lack of depth has a lot to do with this. Basically 3 guys carrying a team all game has a lot more of an effect than most think.
Guys like Chalmers today, Z at some points can step up, but not nearly as consistently or as much as needed. They were relying on Haslem, Miller, and House as being their consistent role players to compliment the Big 3 every night. But Haslem got hurt, Miller has been a disappointment, and it's not 2008 Eddie House out there. Mike Bibby is over the hill and he's not much of an upgrade from Arroyo, House, and Chalmers.
