I finally understand why Windhorst took that job. He been laying in the cut waiting for this moment.
I bet you it's Mike Miller crying too.

1. 0 Offense creativity (with Bosh, Wade, and Lebron on the same team there is no excuse for them to be taking fadeaway Jumpers and contested jumpers). Without offense creativity they are easier to guard (play zone and let them shoot themselves out of the game).

2. No leadership (Where are the leaders on the team that will make Lebron and Wade accountable for consistently turning over the ball in key situations)?

3. Inconsistent Defense ( When everything is going well Miami is one of the best defensive teams in the NBA, but as soon as things don't go well they get lazy on defense)

4. Inconsistent Role Players ( Mike Miller is essentially stealing game checks. He was brought in to make open shots and he's been terrible the entire year).

Great post.

The 4th point you made is where they really miss Udonis. He's a very good mid range jumper, who's not afraid to bang in the post and get the tough rebounds and he would provide a level of toughness their frontline is lacking.

This is stupid. I'm sure you were all giddy when Mark Jackson's brother passed away? You didn't feel bad for him right? Idiot.

I wonder who was crying...
Wow.

I hope that just Windhorst trying to stir up trouble and not actually true. It was a tough loss and the Heat are going through a tough stretch, but you can't be that mentally fragile.

If it is true, my money is on Bosh.

It came from the coach's mouth...

@IraHeatBeat: Erik Spoelstra: "There are a couple of guys crying there in the locker room."

I really don't think people look at the big picture when it comes to this Miami team.  If you want to be honest, NBA games are won and lost by role players hitting uncontested shots.  When Miami turned their season around earlier this year, they were getting solid contributions from Arroyo, House and James Jones.  Where are those guys now?  We're talking about professional basketball players that can't hit wide open shots.
