Just looking around at different subs, what makes the Fi IB3 so much cheaper than the others?
also say you get 2 12" fi ssd, what would you use to power them
 
fi IB = made for IB applications, it wont take too much power, and it other than IB(infinite baffle) it wont work unless it has a HUGJ box, just get the SSDs

will it require an extra battery? that's something I don't want to do.
i'm just browsing now, some other things came up so now it's going to be even longer before I'm able to start.
 
haha damn, well appreciate it man through all my questions and junk.
when I'm ready i'll just go to the shop and get some memphis subs and see what amp they recommend for that.
hopefully I'll be posting a vid and pics by summer :/
 
you don't like Memphis, what are some other good subs around that price range then?
I know JL get's a lot of hate but them and Memphis are really the only subs that are carried here. And then you have the JBLs, Kickers, and other stuffthat Crutchfield carries.
 
so if I order from online, will the people at a shop install everything for me?
cause that's why I was going to get the stuff from a shop because I don't know how to install speakers, subs, and amps
 
theyll install it, but its a good chance they will RAPE you on the price cuz ur not using products they endorse/sell

I'll probably do 2-12" Fi SSD w/ Audioque 1200D.

or 2-12" Audioque SD3 w/ Audioque 1200D.

for my next set up.

custom box, upgrade my headunit/amps/front stage - get tweeters and all that.
 
SO i finally hooked up all of my things.

but for some reason, my sub won't flex as hard as the vid i see on youtube.

im giving it more power than its rated too.


its an 10inch L7 and im powering it with a zx 750.1

any help?
