This; I've never seen NT so hard into their feelings over a TBC interview. The fact that people are still trying to debunk what he said a week after the fact is proof that he said some real **** that shook some people emotionally.The hate for dame on this site is a damn shame

Here's Dame's response to the ripple effect created by his TBC interview from Hip Hop Motivation. I highly recommend the Hip Hop Motivation videos to anyone who felt was Dame was saying in the interview and wants to be their own boss. If you're the type to get your ego bruised easily it's probably not for you but there's a lot to learn on their channel.

He said it makes no sense to stay at a job Long term .... dudes want to hear what they want
That is why he asked them in the interview "why don't they have their own show (none of them own tbc or the name) and radio station if they all have been in the industry for 20 plus years .
1. Stop gossiping about other men/people
2.Use your show to promote more important things
3. Use your job money to flip to build something for your family such as a business
4.Instead of saving all your money use some of your money to invest to gain more money
5. Don't waste your time blasting your *** working for something you don't have ownership in
6.If you think it cool to have a job long term so will your kids
7.Pass your wealth down to your kids/generations through ownership
8. Working at a mediocre job long term is not something to be pride of , you should want more for yourself and family
These are the basic take away i got from the interview but other people didn't hear this because they got offended because they have jobs...its that simple

We all heard this loud and clear. The problem lies with the fact that majority of Blacks, are content already, and wil not stick together. The vast "majority" , definitely myself (some of you included) of Black people despise, instead of uplift. It is as true as can be. To busy smoked out, drugged out, alcohol induced, and consumed by nonsense. The odds are already against Blacks in America, yet WE still don't comprehend it. It's comprehension.
I live and see it everyday in my city. When a Black person sees something which isn't normal or against the grain, they shun away from it. I live in South Florida, and know local black people who were born here who have never been to the beach, or explore other areas.
They're stuck. And it's because they CHOOSE to be, and don't want to develope. It's choices that they literally pass down into their geneology.
If you try to start a black workers mutiny in America, the Blacks (not the whites, hispanics, asians, etc) will say "Nah man, I'm not risking my job" and THAT'S the issue. Try administering the thought of Black people waking up, in the same simultaneous moment and not going to work, and they won't.
Just rise, revolt and say "we're only going to work in businesses owned and created by us"...

IMO all the animosity over this interview is coming from the fact that Dame is calling people out for always taking the safe route and being "content" with a lifestyle they really don't want. Now i agree that Dame has a very bad way of conveying the message and is clearly an arrogant guy so that never helps. However he struck a chord with a lot of people because he's telling everyone to confront their fears and bet on themselves, fearing the unknown is what America breeds and Dame is making people uncomfortable by speaking on it.
As was stated in this thread earlier yea everyone isn't made to be a boss, but people are clearly lying to themselves if they think that the current thought process of put myself in debt for schooling, work under a job i don't really like doing to pay off the debt, & save up enough money for my children to repeat the same cycle is a healthy though process within itself.
The truth is for about 90% of the world your bred from birth to be a worker for someone else and accept what's given to you by whatever stagnant formula is in place. Everything about Dames demeanor and point is a direct conflict with that line of thinking, so naturally people take it as a personal attack on them and deflect.
A few months ago i read an article on here and it stated that in America 35% absolutely hated there jobs, while another 50% just dealt with it and remained "idle" while at work.
Is it relly that crazy for Dame to tell people stop wasting life being idle and complacent and go chase what will fullfill your life?
The only big gripe i have with Dame in this interview is his refusal to accept that everyone has different goals for themselves and their family. He stated how he was trying to build for his family for generation, that may be a personal goal for him but for someone else building for generations could mean owning a house, having a really close knit family, being great at a certain profession etc etc.

He said he doesn't save money, he flips. That's not passing money down. He only mentioned passing businesses down, and what business does he have to pass down?
Half of the videos are him gossiping. Isn't the Jay-Z and informant **** gossip? Much less him talking about Jay-Z and Solange or Beyoncé.
Being a school teacher isn't something you should be proud of? Fireman? So dumping champagne on women, ranting on the radio and having your name in the media constantly for negative reasons is something you should be proud of?
