Depends on the interest rate.

Leverage though debt is one of the best instrument to achieve wealth.

Really comes down to the interest rate. IMO anything under 4% is a smart move if you invest in something you understand inside out. Crypto is tricky because the market is very volatile, but with the returns we've been seeing, it's tough to convince somebody not to do it
