*Official BIG K.R.I.T.***New Album***:: "KRIT IZ HERE" OUT JULY 12 2019!! "KRIT HERE" OUT NOW!!!

Dat cover art :smokin

Cannot wait for it to drop. Been saying for the past month that it's "big krit" season :lol

During the fall and winter I usually listen to old school/ new york hip hop.

During the spring and summer though I'm banging southern classics and trap music.

Been bumping Krizzle all day. This guy seriously has enough quality material to drop a double disc greatest hits. As Small As a Giant is still my favorite song from him, followed closely by 2000 and Beyond.

Yall ever realize Return of 4Eva and 4 Eva N A Day are basically the same album? Match some of the tracks up and you'll see the relatives I'm talkin bout.

ex.

Rise and Shine = Wake Up
R4 Theme Song = 4 Eva N A Day
Time Machine = Me and My Old School
Get Right = Country Rap Tunes

I read somewhere, might've been on here, that those two tapes were rejected albums by Def Jam 8o

^Those definitely were rejected by Def Jam (probably some minor variation of both if not the exact track lists)

Krit my favorite artist out right now easily one of the best new artist in a while

get right is not country rap tunes...get right is sky club

& can't wait for this to drop

Ok, it all makes sense now. That's the kinda question I would love to ask in interviews, but they obviously won't get answered. Hell, when I interviewed KRIT last year I couldn't eem recall all my questions.

You get the point though :lol

Im definitely going to play R4 and 4eva n a day till this drop

by far my fav krit song:

lol yea I know what you mean though...sucks def jam rejected them :{ they definitely were beyond great tapes especially R4 besides amtrak I felt the tape was non-skip

They were rejected by Def Jam because they weren't going to clear all the samples Krit used on those tapes. Basically DJ was too cheap to pay for the licensing.

If you pay attention you'll notice that Live From the Underground is far less sample heavy than Krit's normal work. R4 and Krit Wuz Here used a ton of samples and LFTU only had a couple.

Can't wait for wednesday :hat

DUnno how I feel about krit with outside production tho hopefully it s minimal
