The sizing of the MLB jerseys are kind of tough because of the different materials they use. I wear the same size in Majestic and M&N for the most part. I would just stick with a 48 if I were you.

So a buddy of mine ordered a Rams Michael Sam jersey off eastbay for $20. I was wondering where I could take/send it to possibly put a custom name and #?
It's a game day screen printed jersey
It's going to be far more trouble than what it's worth and you're probably not going to end up liking the results. You'll have a ton of glue residue left and could potentially ruin the jersey trying to get the numbers and name off.
If you bring it some place to do professionally what will end up happening is that the price will end up approaching having an elite jersey customized, and even still you might not like the end results.
I'd honestly just eat the cost since it wasn't that much to begin with and save it as a conversation piece 20 years down the line. Elites are easier to strip since the names and numbers are sewn on, and while you'll have some residue left it won't be as bad as trying to take off those screened numbers they use on the game day level jerseys.
Smh.....Gonna scoop a few bp's
I just got my 1st M&N batting practice size 48 yesterday, but no current stuff to compare it to. I do have some '90s Diamond Collection jerseys if that comparison would help. Or I could give you an accurate measurement of the M&N 48.How do Mitchell & Ness MLB batting practice jerseys fit? Specifically, compared to a current Majestic Authentic MLB jersey. If I wear a 48 in Majestic authentics, can I wear a 52 in M&N and be fine? Thanks in advance

The M&N 48 is between a Russell 48 & 52 width/sleeve wise. As for length, the M&N is the shortest. It's shorter than the Russell 52 by about 3", measuring around 30" top to bottom. I don't have a camera right now to take pics. The Russell diamond collection jerseys? I have a couple 52s in those but I wear a 48 in Majestics. Please let me know how they compare to the Diamond ones!
