While kickz customer service is horrible and slooooooow to respond to emails I think they have gotten a bit of a bad rap. Not fulfilling orders but posting restocks in the same size is unforgivable, but I can see how it's a logistical nightmare to keep track of with multi warehouses.
We can't forget they are operating a international business, shipping shoes all over the globe, I can understand this release may have caught them off guard, or short staffed. At least there servers held out better then most sites.
