That would make sense if that was the only OG 1 low dropping next year, but it isn't.

They have 85 lows with a proper swoosh so they have to cripple the $140 OG lows somehow to account for the price increase of the 85s.

Pretty anti-consumer move by Nike/JB but it makes sense from a business perspective.

The only thing that would prevent me from grabbing the black metallics is the fact that I already own the 85 NGs and I barely wear them.

…I’m more of a high guy.

The previous 3 '85 releases had the same insole. Neutral grey, metallic blue, metallic red.
I don't mind it. If it was the other type, the shoes may be a bit on the tighter side.
