You're both wrong. The pair posted are just 2013 Royals. Also, fraying can occur on pairs due to level of wear, material, & most importantly age, just depends. The wings logo looks odd because GS.

I'll use OfferUp or Facebook groups(just be sure you're buying a legit pair). Avoid StockX or GOAT so you don't have to pay taxes or fees.
As far as official sites, I have none. Maybe someone else can help you.

I think GOAT has a section that is under retail. You might be able to find a few older pairs under or at retail, but I dunno.
