came with a jimmy jazz receipt, which i know doesn't really mean anything, but they're apparently legit from the few opinions i've been able to get on here

If they check out legit then there's nothing much to worry about . We all know jb always has flaws in every shoe model.

Yeah I wish the front of the toe panel was more like that on remasters. The toe sections on the remasters is pretty bulbous.

I've worn my 2016s about 4x now and have started to see some nice creasing on the black portion of the toe area

I've been rocking my 2016 with sneaker shield and have only minor creasing on the black portion due to toe flexing. But the sneaker shield naturally keeps the shape. I love this dang shoe!!! I'm started to regret I sold my 3rd pair.

Thats good. My other remasters creased and wrinkled on the toe guard very weirdly I hope my 16 b/reds don't crease that badly. These creased and wrinkled beautifully though.

The Chicagos look good. The Bred are more challenging because of the dark pictures. That back stitching looks way off. I haven't seen any that are THAT off with stitching even with JB quality control issues.

Is it uncomfortable wearing those shields all day? I always figured they would be pressing on your toes.

NOPE! I'm a 9.5 so I cut them a lil but so they won't be as tall. Then I wear semi thin finishline or adidas low cut socks with all my shoes. I've been doing it for years. It's the perfect combinations for preserving my Jordans. Now ironically I'm a 10 in all other shoes such as Nikes and Boosts. My toes are right up there and snug so no sneaker shields with those. Just some thick socks.

I love blue on jordan 1's reasons why my grail achievement are the Navy Japan Highs in a 13 and Frags. Got Blue Metallic Low & High. UNC's. 01 Royals. UK's are definitely on the Hit List and The Gold Medals when I find em for a good enough price. Also Royals out next year. It's gon be LIT.
