Hey NT fam, I need to ask a big favor for 30 seconds of your time. Im taking an independent study for my senior year of college and I got tasked with starting up a social entrepreneurial business. I came up with a sneaker consignment shop that donates all profits of the 10% commission to charity. Additionally, rebates and discounts will be given when the customer donates a pair in return. We would provide prepaid shipping labels in the box for the customer to send their donations back.

Leather quality isn't 100% objective. And every pair of x is not the same. They vary, tons. It's quite obvious some people don't know leather outside of sneakers.

Jut read that the 2016 Banned 1s bleed when in rain or otherwise when wet. Say it aint so!!!!!

Idk about bleeding but the red leather temporarily discolors when wet

it ain't so...have gotten caught in the rain with them and my white socks were still white. The BReds do absorb wather and discolor similar to the SBBs .. but ultimately they dry fine. 

I had a bit of dirt/dust on the back of mine, and I used a damp cloth to clean it off... Definitely left the cloth red, and a section discolored on the shoe... These def bleed. I hesitate to wear these in snow or rain. Which is the main reason I wish they would have just gone with the same material as CM, UNC, CHI... etc...

Just ordered a used pair of highlight reels for $50 shipped. Planning to double up and swap tongues on one and leave the other pair as-is.

I would love to able double as well. I already have an extra pair of Highlight Reels on deck but it's so much dropping that I want with these, Top 3 1's, TB 3, possible 12's and possibly DB 7's so I don't know if I can make that happen.
