i did already, hes international and the package wasnt getting there. usps found it and returned it to me. he told me to use ups this time without insurance and declare a 200 value. after what happened the first time i said forget it i rather just refund. thats all that happened.

alright so lets get this straight, you want me to declare the value which is $200. if anything happens to the package during transit, i am NOT responsible for ANYTHING. without insurance, UPS will ONLY reimburse you the $200 declared value of the shoes. that is what you want me to do? i just want to be crystal clear about this so if anything does happen i dont want any back and forth. i just want it to be clear that i told you all of this.

he than agree to refund me on paypal but the day before tell me he cant even pay upfront(we agree that he pay second shipping attempt with UPS and when i see tracking number i PP him the ship cost)
