Ain't nothing wrong with pinching pennies and saving $. Set your limits of what you'll pay and be patient if that's your thing.

HOWEVER, I think $120 for the lasers are still a great deal & I'd like to think I'm a supreme penny pincher. I paid $120 shipped ($114 with cash back) for a worn 1x pair.

yes but becareful as they don't sell laces that fit the AJ1. I measured mine and it's 68-72 inches and I've search all over for laces that long, they do not carry them.

My only beef with the whole trading of sneakers business , is are people only trading for what is deemed equal "by the market" or trading for what they truly like ? I know it didn't happen but If the dude really wanted the LMs and giving up the Frags was worth it in his opinion, I don't think that makes him an idiot. Maybe depends on why you're in the game.

I tried trading a pair of bred lows for Melo 1s and the annoying *** high school kid wanted me to throw $ on top because the Melos were "worth more" . The local FB groups are more of a pain and a microcosm of everything wrong with this hobby.

I hate the trade game. I think if shoe's are $50-$75 apart, its equal. I think its laughable if ANYONE has to throw in $40-$50 on top. Thats just being a cheap bastard.

But when you're talking about one shoe is double the price of another shoe.............

Dead serious. If I'm willing to trade for something, I really want a certain shoe. I'm not trading for ***** and giggles. So I hold out for $75? The time it will now take to get that shoe in another trade isnt worth the $75 I could get. $75 isn't life changing.

my point is that $75 really is an imaginary number. Could you get it? Sure, but you're not going to get the full $75 if you sell it on ebay or to a consignment place. Its going to take some work.

Definitely not talking about a Royal 1 for b/w 1 trade. Thats a big difference.

Nah. Ain't paying over $220 for em.. And it's saying a lot coming from me I cash out for ones but those joints aren't what some of you guys claim they are.
