JB increased production on XIs over the years, why not on 1s. I don't know, but the one person with a sauce in the thread has shot that line of thought down. I can't help but think positive, its a flaw...

I think they might view the 11 as something different. There cash cow if you will. Hence why they are the flagship release of the year around the holiday season. For some reason, they always treated the 1s, especially OG colorways , more sacred. I hope you are right though. I need a few pairs.

Honestly I don't think it's that deep. They saw a demand, they increased production. 1s haven't traditionally sold well but have been in more demand since the return of NA branding and they see it like we see it. I hope I'm right too because I want a pair LOL, but I'm not willing to pay much more than retail.

My only beef with the whole trading of sneakers business , is are people only trading for what is deemed equal "by the market" or trading for what they truly like ? I know it didn't happen but If the dude really wanted the LMs and giving up the Frags was worth it in his opinion, I don't think that makes him an idiot. Maybe depends on why you're in the game.

I tried trading a pair of bred lows for Melo 1s and the annoying *** high school kid wanted me to throw $ on top because the Melos were "worth more" . The local FB groups are more of a pain and a microcosm of everything wrong with this hobby.

i agree to an extent and repped u for this comment, however realistically speaking, the "worth" is the most logical thing to go off, imo. the actual retail cost doesn't hold wait because the scarcity. popularity and hype, among other things, all change over the course of time, thus changing the value or "worth" of said shoe.

yes. let me rephrase...nike quality control is trash. leather is soft but glue is everywhere on my pair. im not even a stickler for that kind stuff. the tongue also had these 4 dot stains.

thats the most pairs in the entire nyc/nj area


most stores will not have over 12 pairs if even that

kinda like slam dunk 6's

in fact im sorry staten island heads


staten island will only have 11 pairs allocated to them


yes thats total the entire island between HOH and footaction

so you know employees will scoop so way less than 11 available to the public IF ANY in staten

so go to jersey or brooklyn

brooklyn HOH will have 36 pairs but are asking for a bump to 48

but as of this typing its 36
