I think i am confused now. My understanding is that TTS would be your regular size. If it runs large than you size down 0.5, if it runs small you size up.

Sorry for the confusion. I would say 1/2 size down.
A lot of people here usually go half size down on AF1s (which is the only shoe I wear a 10.5 in) so that's why I said TTS for AF1s lol
