Satisfied With These.
Box is nice but be careful, seems fragile :/
For sure something up with these boxes. It was wild how many I saw that got destroyed in transit to shops.

Weenie swoosh? Swoosh looks normal to me? What am I missing?I believe this is the first time they’ve slapped a weenie swoosh on a retro mold. Better not be a sign of things to come. I’ll happily go back on AF1 sabbatical.

Those actually weren’t retro mold.Green UNDFTD's too.
It’s the proper size on the COTM pairs. And those Aaron linens you have.Weenie swoosh? Swoosh looks normal to me? What am I missing?

In ‘07 they started sewing the eyelets into the liner. Most pairs have kept this. What is the 'retro' mold?
The mold has been jacked up since the early 2000's.
Ooooh the mini swoosh, got it. Man I looked at that side swoosh for 2 minutes and was all confused. At bottom of laces. U throat.
Was bigger back in the day.

At some point (2015 maybe) they started giving some pairs a ‘Retro’ designation and put them in a black box with style code 845053. These pairs reverted to the eyelet being sewn over the liner, along with better toe shape and more lockdown. The mold was typically reserved for actual retro colorways but has also been used on other like the Soho pairs and the Kith Knicks pairs.
Yup. It’s been all over the place lately. Actually improved in a lot of regards. I actually couldn’t care less about the eyelet stitching but for years it was the best way to tell from a pic whether a pair had a flat tongue and heel padding.Very interesting. Could have fooled me, Nike!!
I feel like every AF1 that's released over the past 2 decades has a slightly different shape. Don't know what is what these days. COTM's are decent shape-wise.
