I always thought that Foamposite AF1 is supposed to be the ultimate sneaker, don’t understand why Foamposite AF1 is so unpopular but oh well.

I can answer you my experience wearing 2007 DS AF1s!
In 2016 Sep bought a pair of 2007

After wearing for a while, the sewn thread between midsole and upper started falling off.

Problem lies where these thread ends are supposed to be glued under the insoles.

Also, the glue between midsole and upper also peel apart.

Wearable.
Can play basketball with.
But there will be cleavages between midsole and upper.
And you have to find a way to fix the 3 threads that are supposed to be glued under midsole.

There has to be some kind of Air cushioning or it wouldn’t be branded as such.

There is full length regular air bag in AF1 just like AJ1 AJ2.

I think the only force that has no air at all is Lunar Force 1

is a deflated airbag
af1s are kinda built like tanks and will hold up
