RULES!!!!!

1. No recycled pic..
2. Entree's must be in before JULY 31st. PST (west coast time) everyone from the US will need time..
3. NO PERMS, S curls, NO enhancement products.. LOL cheesy but some people do it..
3. Try to throw in a tag pic with the DATE!!!!
4. Judges must pic top 3.
5. The winner is decided by who the judge have number one.
