Robinson to FSU was interesting. If he wants to be WR1 and put a big stats before he goes the NFL, why would he go to a team that will have a running quarterback.

Thomas Castellanos averaged 20 pass attempts per game at BC and isn't particularly accurate. Maybe the bag was just too big to turn down but this doesn't seem like the best career move

kids aren't picking places that make the most sense now. We know that. He's not really a pro guy either. Get that money now. And FSU has a good baseball program? Makes sense. But his Dad played at FSU too so it was probably easy decision

I'm glad the kid is getting paid, but I hate that smaller school develop players and can't afford to keep them.
It definitely sucks, but until NIL is reigned in this is what we’re getting. I just can’t wait for the NCAA to try to institute something like a salary cap and get slapped back to hell for not classifying players as employees or allowing them to unionize and create a CBA.

Heupel is going to have to revisit some things w/ that offense

CFB nerds, a really great YouTube channel and social media follow, has been on to this for a while.

Defenses have figured out how to stop these RPO heavy offenses. For many years, this scheme gave teams a huge advantage but like everything else, eventually defenses have seen it enough times and teams with equal or superior talent can shut it down.

The closest analogy I can make is Gus Malzahn's, hurry up, no huddle offense. For years it gave defenses fits until they adjusted their scheme and personnel and it got to the point where teams like Alabama and Georgia completely stifled Auburn.

Heupel has been very rigid, almost dogmatic, regarding his offense. He doesn't switch things up, he runs what he's going to run regardless of if it is working or not. He doesn't know any other way.

Gus never adjusted after teams figured out his scheme and a cost of his job. You'll be interesting to see what Heupel does.

We also can't discount that Tennessee fans took hendon hooker, Jaylen Hyatt and Cedric Tillman for granted. Those guys were individually great players, not easily replaceable, plug and play components. Even for offensive whiz kids It comes down to Jimmy's and Joe's.
