its cool bruh we got rings im over the disappointment of this season. 4 years ago i was sure this organization was cursed and id never see a world series championship. i was sad for my grandpa and my dad who have been giants fans for 40+ years and was sure id never see one as well. i grew up during with the depressing seasons of 1993, 1998, 2000, 2002, 2003 FML .. then we got 2 in 3 years.

I feel you man. My grandpa brought me up on this team. It was great being able to experience the joy those Championships brought us, even though I wasn't in the city for either of them.

I love this team. Since I returned to SF, tickets have been so CHEAP. 3rd base side tickets for $9 a pop. There's nothing like going to an SF Giants game in the city, even when they're losing. We still manage to fill the stadium. Went across the bridge to the 1st place A's, and the energy was no where near a 5th place Giants game

Well Pence is making 14 mil now. If he makes the same amount of money next year while keeping up this production I'll take it. 4 years is too much, though. Dude is already over the 30 year hill.

With crazy horse in the lineup the giants average 1.25 more runs PER GAME. People undervalue what this guy means to the team. For a team that barely scores runs that's huge.

I wish this wasn't such a wasteful season in regards to Pence.

I would have liked to see how he did with more pressure and something to play for before we go ahead and pay him big money.

Qualifying offers for both Timmy and Pence - if they don't come back, hopefully we draft some good prospects we don't throw away before they pay a dividend or we can properly gauge.

Flew from CA to NY to catch the game today and it was awesome. Ceremonies were cool; NY definitely did it right for Mo. Was happy we got a W and the way that we did it. Only regret is I wish we had time to hit finnertys, but I guess the niner game was a damn shame.

I wasn't at the game but I wouldn't have booed. For one, he was an integral part of the first WS run so he always holds a special place in my heart. Two, there's a big difference between walking out on your team and being shown the door.

Why would you be "loyal" to the Giants and go to a non-rival team when the organization doesn't show you loyalty after you help them win their first World Series in decades? He's a professional athlete and wants to win more, so it makes sense for him to go to a winning team. Can't say I'm not disappointed that he's on the Dodgers but I understand why he's there, so I can't hate him
