Anything short of 3 wins against the Marlins at home should be seen as a disappointment.

But they're 27 games under .500 and we're facing a guy who hasn't won a game with an era of 5.

Zitos dad passed? I remember the showtime series when he spoke with his dad. Had me tearing up. Rip.

If only we had 2011s pitching. Our pitching was insane in 2011. If it wasn't for Buster's injury we would had a serious shot at the 3peat. :{

hopefully Pagan is ok.

Team is boring. Line up is boring. Games are boring. Yawn this team sucks.

I'm torn, I don't want to trade prospects for this year. If our pitching was showing signs of improvement, then perhaps since overall our offense hasn't been as terrible as typical.

If we can get Vogelsong back and see where he's at, that may be the determining factor. Hate to say it, but perhaps this injury was a blessing for him.

If we were 6 games back I'd be more inclined to make a trade. But I agree with LazyJ, we need to see how Vogelsong is when he comes back before making any roster changes.

It has a tear and he's still exploring options last I saw - I wouldn't be surprised if he opts for surgery since that should actually fix it and give him a level of comfort. They anticipate being out 6 weeks.
