Considering he was not that good in all but one of his regular seasons and was only clutch in 2012s postseason, I'd say it's up for debate.

I was just talking about Zito's 2012 playoff performance w/ my cousin last night. We both agreed it was worth the $126M.

Zito struggled in Game 4 of the 2012 NLDS but I give him a pass because he was incredible in Game 5 of the NLCS and Game 1 of the World Series. I couldn't have been happier for him. I heard he moved out of California, he and his wife sold their home and moved to some remote place to be with family.
