Absolutely hate when we have a pitcher throw a lot of pitches the previous inning and then let him off the hook with a quick one right after.

Vogelsong should have just went straight to the bag.
The little things this inning cost us a run. Belt not giving Crawford a good throw, Posey not with an accurate throw, and Vogelsong trying to field that ball.

The pitchers instincts took over and his initial reaction was to go after it. His mistake was not finding the bag and then looking for the ball.
