If Oregon beats Utah, and We beat UCLA...Oregon would have no conference losses and we would have one while Utah and UCLA would have two a piece....
So wouldn't it be SC vs Oregon?

In that scenario yes. If Utah beats Oregon we lose control of our destiny and start hoping for upsets. If Oregon beats Utah then we just have to win out. They play the same weekend we play UCLA.
The positive is Utah will be at Autzen, and it will be a revenge game for Oregon.
That would also presumably give us an 11-1 opponent to face at the end of the year when everyone is resume padding.
