Well aside from UA, ASU and Utah most of the schools haven't been able to fully practice until the last couple months, more so impacted though are the California, Colorado and Oregon schools.

Colorado was actually practicing in full until last week. Word is they were the one's pushing the hardest to begin playing immediately (October 24th or sooner) and then the Boulder County government issued the ban on college age students congregating, possibly in an effort to kill that noise when they're going through an outbreak themselves.

SC and some others were pressing Pac 12 officials to petition for the Playoff to be expanded to all conference champions, arguing that this was the opportunity they'd been waiting for to expand to 6 or 8 teams, even if only for just this season, but Larry Scott refused to push it to the playoff committee. He nonsensically believes that the playoff should stay at 4, even though the Pac keeps getting left out.

jayt1202 SC beat writer was saying from speaking to her insiders it sounds like the schedules are done and the conference is just waiting for the right way to announce them. They may try to do a television reveal for $$$. The ASU @ USC thing came from an ASU poster who claims their kid is saying they were told they're getting USC to start.
