The Senate? They just passed the 2000 bucks lmao.
It doesn't make sense because that isn't how it works.
-First, we don't know if the $2000 applies to each dependent. They were raising the personal one but I have not seen clarification about the dependent amounts
Even if that were the case (which it could be)...
-The cut-off is not at 75K. Under 75K is to qualify for the full benefit.
If they are just upping the amount but keeping the cut-offs and reduction rates that are in the signed relief package..
A single father making 85K with 7 children would get MORE than one making 75K with 5 kids
So I really don't understand your complaint, because it seems like the Dems are trying to get help to people that need it.
My boy texted me saying "they're gonna give out $2k checks." A lot of Americans about to be crushed once the news the senate rejected the bill breaks. Majority of Americans don't understand the process needed for a bill to pass.
Then maybe simply argue it should be universal, instead of making some petty complaint about how you are not getting a check but some people with kids are.you’re correct regarding my example above. However if you play around with the calculator you posted, there are many scenarios where it shows the system is flawed. Head of household earning $180k with 5 children get under $300 whereas a married couple with same amount of children snd income receive $2000 more. Plus they don’t take into account location and cost of living. Either give everyone or make it more targeted to those in real need in much larger dollar amounts.
hmmm...sounds to me like you’re well informed on politics and you understand the process needed for a bill to pass.
People love to act like they loved this, lying mfers. They need to play Da school house rocks video for them
Are they really arguing that? Or are you are just complaining that they are. It’s not about “some people with kids” getting a check. It’s about Democrats arguing that dependents such as children including new borns deserve $2000, yet a tax payer doesn’t deserve anything based on a bogus income limit system. That’s the issue.
Ridiculous how I who YTD has paid $46,xxx in federal taxes gets 0 relief but a newborn baby deserves a $2000 check. In what world, does this make any sense.
I’m more of a three is the magic number kinda guyPeople love to act like they loved this, lying mfers.
Horrible ideaI feel like everyone should get a check just like everyone should pay the same taxes just to be fair then you don’t have to hear people ***** and whine.

I just repeat RustyShackleford posts in real life and pretend they were my thoughts.
I know rightfail proof strategy
I know right
He should use some Youtube videos of loony white libertarians instead
Is Adam Kokesh still outchea cooking?

Horrible idea
Of all the bad ideas libertarians have, flat taxes are in the starting five.
Letting fools whine until they turn blue in the face is worth it if that means America can have a truly progressive taxation system.
I'm cool with universal checks though. Da UNC 4s bout to drop anyway.
It won't, it would make matter way way way worse.I don’t know anything about those types of libs, I just know most rich people don’t pay much taxes and most us on nt pay too much. I feel a 15% across the board would be better than 25-30% for me and $749 for trump.

I could go into detail on how it is bad at a later date. But I think I can convince you without the excessive paragraphs....
Both Rand Paul and Ted Cruz advocate for that very thing you suggested.
exactly what I wrote. While no one know whether it passes the senate or not. The house believes it’s justified to give dependents under the age of 17 $2000 as well while many tax payers get 0 relief.
They don't have the big ones though. I don't need a compression sleeve on my meatFree* at the clinic. Ain’t paid for rubbers since high school
