My goal is to buy beachfront apartments/boutique hotel in WPB, Miami or Broward and flourish!!! I’d make so much money. That’s my next idea. Ultimately do the same thing in the Bahamas, VI or St. Croix. Easy, get this tourism money!

I’ve been in the DMV all my life so that’s what I’m used to. Buying a house in the last 5-8 maybe 10 yrs I know you’re not seeing $1100 or close to that without a hefty down payment.

I stayed in Suitland for a year and I had 1 bed 1 office 1 bath and paid 1200 a month.
Again, yall are one of those exceptions.
Paying those prices aren't what the average American pays.
In Ohio that 1200 can have you living in a luxury loft or apartment downtown.

I used to hate Ohio... for rivalry reasons. Still talk **** to this day but the O ain’t bad at all. Was just at the casino in Toledo last weekend since ours closed. And Cleveland got some thorough ****** and tight *****es. I fumbled this bad one back in the day from there.
