Crazy. Just looking online at random retailers, a lot of them have closed up shop. We’re gonna be funneling our money right back to the big retailers. You can’t stimulate with any planned trips or anything. You can’t help out casinos. Booze stores are closed. Can’t buy plants for a garden or trees/shrubs. Can’t start arts and crafts. Everything has to be bought online. Why even open back up the non essentials in town. They’re gonna be gone for a long while.

this is all to say this Won’t be used exclusively for bills. I’m talking less than essential items. This is nt after all
