2 weeks ago, nobody outside okc even knew who dort was.
hes no alex caruso

Yeah, it's funny how no one knew Dort except the two weeks ago but all of a sudden the narrative is "Oklahoma City had an elite perimeter defender and the Lakers don't". When did Dort become Gary Payton?

Harden pretty much had the best numbers he's ever had in that series outside game 7

whether people knew about him two weeks ago or not doesn't change that he's a very good defender and played harden very well. Dort consistently played the best on-ball defense of any defender I've ever seen guarding Harden

Denver ran outta gas after the 1st qtr...Malone gotta go deep in the bench if they wanna make this series any type of competitive

and yet all it took was 2 defensive plays in the span of 3-5 seconds by harden that won the series

harden defends himself into these crap shooting performances.

It's Bol time!

We all know Malone will never make that happen.

But seriously though, it's a deep team and he should look into the bench.

Probably gonna miss the first half of rockets Lakers to be with my dog one last time just before the vet makes him rest forever . :frown:

10 good years tho.:ohwell:
2020 ****ing sucks

Sorry to hear. Losing a dog sucks. You treating him?

I've always thought of Denver's biggest strength being that their depth and "try-hard" keeps them competitive despite not having top level stars. It gets difficult to spread minutes around in the playoffs, which is why I think they should've just made a decision between harris, murray, barton, beasley, morris etc, and got value for the ones they didn't prioritize.

Game Day war time. “They ain’t even that good”

that game was supposed to be the referendum that proves small ball doesn't work. then it was, well it won't work in the playoffs. people just hate non-traditional new stuff.

Like I've said in other posts, small ball definitely works and there's numbers to back it up, the rockets just don't have the tools to optimize it to it's full capacity. we could also stand to mix in a few more hesi pull up jimbos, but it is what it is at this point.

I don't have any idea how he'll do, but I'm positive we'll see AD guarding Harden at some point in the series if it's a close game.
