I think Kentucky was better off going for it there.

You’re in your opponents territory, short field, would’ve been maybe 1 or 2 yards to gain, you have all your TO’s and you could’ve gotten more yards to make the kick easier.

If you don’t get it, still in the same position to get the ball back with all 3 TO’s.

I think that’s what separates good and great coaches, you have to factor out all variables and be aggressive sometimes.
